Agency Agreement with Cheap Essay Writing

By placing an order through www.cheap-essay-writing.co.uk, you (the “Customer”) enter into a binding agreement with Cheap Essay Writing (the “Company”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By proceeding with an order, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

  1. Scope of Service
    1. The Company acts as an intermediary agency, engaging subject-matter “Experts” to fulfill customer orders.
    2. The Company is responsible for completing the order within the agreed timeline and according to the specifications provided in the order form.
    3. The Company reserves the right to decline an order if a suitable expert is unavailable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
    4. In case of dissatisfaction, the Company will resolve the matter under the provisions stated in this agreement.
  2. Order Placement and Requirements
    1. Customer Information: The Customer must provide accurate personal and contact details. Any delay in providing necessary files or correct information may pause the order deadline until the required data is submitted.
    2. Order Details: The Customer must clearly outline the project requirements and attach relevant resources. Providing access to course libraries is optional. If not provided, the expert
      will rely on publicly accessible sources.
    3. Payment Terms:
      1. Full advance payment is required.
      2. Customers may request a custom price or opt to split payment into two installments (the first upfront, and the second upon delivery of the first draft, within the same deadline).
    4. Secure Access: If portal or library access is needed, it will be accessed through a secure virtual PC managed by the “Expert Manager.” Credentials are never directly shared with the expert.
    5. Writer Assignment: Upon payment confirmation, a suitable writer is assigned. The customer may request a replacement writer within reasonable grounds.
    6. Sample Use for QA: By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, the Customer consents to the Company using a brief, anonymized extract (max. 1 page) of the final work for internal quality
  3. Service Delivery
    1. Orders are delivered via email by the set deadline. Delays caused by natural disasters, invalid contact info, or last-minute changes by the Customer are not the Company’s liability.
    2. Deadlines include weekends and public holidays (UK), given our 24/7 operation.
    3. The Customer must monitor their email, including the Spam/Junk folder. The Company is not responsible for delays due to ISP or email filter issues.
    4. Progressive Delivery: For orders above $600 or with extended deadlines (7+ days), the order may be delivered in parts with corresponding feedback. Approval delays on each part will extend the overall delivery deadline.
  4. Verification & Anti-Fraud Measures
    1. Payments are processed through a third-party gateway. Orders may be flagged due to suspicious IPs or locations. In such cases, secure alternatives like 3D Secure or Bank Transfer will be advised.
    2. The Dispute Manager can seek proof of claims and may require verification and apply anti-fraud measures to evaluate the case fairly.
  5. Quality Assurance
    1. Customers may request writer samples for $5 (three previous pages of unrelated work).
    2. The Customer has 2 hours post-assignment to evaluate samples and request a writer change, up to a maximum of three times per order.
  6. Revision Policy
    1. Unlimited free revisions are offered within 15 days of order completion.
    2. Revisions requested after 15 days will incur additional charges.
    3. The revision time frame depends on the complexity, ranging from 24–96 hours. Please select a suitable deadline during order placement to allow time for revisions.
    4. Revisions involving additional word count or significant alterations may require additional payment.
  7. Refund Policy
    1. Duplicate payments due to technical errors will be refunded after verification.
    2. A full refund will be issued for confirmed plagiarism exceeding 30%, supported by a valid Turnitin report.
    3. For poor quality work (grammar, structure, deviation from instructions), free revisions and writer replacement will be provided. If issues persist after 3 revisions, a partial refund (up to 30%) may be granted upon submission of valid feedback and evidence.
    4. If an order is cancelled before a writer is assigned, an 80% refund is applicable.
    5. If a writer has already been assigned and work has begun, partial refunds will be assessed based on the extent of work completed.
    6. Once the full paper is delivered and approved, no refund is applicable except under clauses 2 and 3.
    7. Orders with urgent deadlines (24 48 hours) are non-refundable unless covered by the above conditions.
  8. Money-Back Guarantee
    1. A refund can be requested at any stage if issues arise. Each claim is reviewed by the Dispute Resolution team within 14 business days.

      Refund Scenarios:

      • No Writer Available: Full refund and a discount code.
      • Unable to Change Writer for Revisions: Refund processed based on review.
      • Missed Deadlines: If due to Company fault, refund is calculated based on actual delivery tier. No refund if delay is due to Customer's fault.
      • Late Revision: Not covered by lateness refund, as revision deadlines are separate.
      • Accepted but Unsatisfied: Partial refund (up to 40%) may be issued with justification within 14 days.
      • Completely Unsatisfied: Full refund if the paper is rejected and never approved. Company reserves the right to publish such content online to prevent misuse.

  9. Additional Services
    1. Progressive Delivery Fee: Non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the last part if not approved.
    2. Sample Fee: Non-refundable once the 2-hour review window passes.
    3. Editor Service Fee: Partial refund available upon request.
    4. Writer Category Upgrade: If the requested category (e.g., ENL or Advanced) is unavailable, the fee is refunded.
    5. Discount Codes: Must be applied during order placement. No retroactive refunds.
    6. Unapproved Orders: Orders that are completed but not approved will be considered accepted after 14 days unless a dispute is filed.
